1 Day QiGong Tantra Workshop - Opening The Senses

Join us for a transformational beginners journey into Tantra and QiGong. This speccial workshop is for beginners and more experienced people and open to all genders. You are warmly welcome to join as Single or Couple. You don't need to bring a partner :).

We will take you on a heart opening journey to connect deeper with yourself and your body. In a gentle and playful way we will show you how to open your five senses and make them more available to you in your all day life and during love making. You will as well learn about the five tantric touches and how to use them. In a very safe and Trauma informed space with a highly experienced teacher and therapist, you will learn how to feel your own boundaries (energetically and physically) and to say "NO". We will release insecurities around your body and in connecting with others, so that you can be your authentic self in this container. This is a "White Tantra" workshop, no nudity involved.

Location: Tantra from the Heart Shala, close to Zen Beach / Koh Phangan, Thailand

Schedule: Morning session: 10am - 1:00pm

                      Break: 1:00pm - 2:30pm

                      Afternoon session: 2:30pm - 5:30pm

Refunds and Cancellation:

If an emergency happens and you can’t come to the retreat we’ll offer you to keep your booking for next retreat and if that’s not possible for you cause you leave the island then we’ll refund you the payment. If you can not join for any other reason, we can not refund you, but you are welcome to send another person, who takes your spot.

More info about your facilitator:

Anja is a Trauma informed and in Germany certified Holistic Love and Relationship Coach and facilitator. Her specification lies in the fields of relationships, intimacy, self love, feminine embodiment, systemic ancestral healing, inner child work and trauma healing. Based on a solid Trauma education, her mission is to guide you on your personal and spiritual path to inner balance, happiness, joy, self love, heart opening, embodiment, empowerment, radiance, wellbeing, health and wealth. She has many years of experience in creating safe spaces and guiding others through deep, transformational experiences.

She has a background of 10+ in the corporate world. She has built up two impact Start Up companies in the field of electric mobility / e-Bikes (2009-2013) and in the field of Health Products (2020-today). From 2014 to 2018 he attended a profound Systemic Coaching, Kinesiology and Hypnosis education in Munich.

Since 2015 she studies with Thomas Hübl and has attended the intensive 2-year Timesless Wisdom Training from 2019-2021.

Anja offers transformative retreats and workshops in the fields of Tantra & QiGong, Meditation, & Mindfulness, Archetype Dance & Feminine Embodiment and Intimacy & Relationships. She offers 1:1 and 1:2 holistic-spiritual coaching and intuitive healing sessions and supports you on your journey of awakening, healing and empowerment - online and in person.
