Anja is a Holistic Life and Relationship Coach and QiGong and Tantra teacher. Her main focus lies on Love, Sex, Relationships and Feminine Empowerment. Her work is deeply Trauma informed and follows a holistic, spiritual and multidimensional approach. Her intuitive healing and psychic abilities add to her group containers and 1:1 and 1:2 sessions.

 

Based on a 3 year long education in Munich, she is officially certified and licensed as a Systemic NLP, Hypnosis and Kinesiology Coach in Germany. She has studied individual, ancestral and collective Trauma with Thomas Hübl for 7 years and is certified as a Trauma informed practitioner (TWT). Additionally she has finished several one year long coaching programs with Homodea/Veit Lindau in Germany and is certified as Trance Dance facilitator. 

 

Anja has a University Master degree in Sinology, Sociology and International Politics. She lived in Asia for 5 years in order to study alternative methods to approach and cure burnout, anxiety, depression, insomnia, PTSD, IBS, hormonal imbalances, sexual and relational dysfunctions, female cycles and feminine embodiment. 

 

Anja is certified as a Meditation- , QiGong-, Yoga- and Tantra- teacher by several schools in Asia. She has been taught and initiated by grand masters of Meditation, QiGong, Tantra and Yoga like Mantak Chia, Sadhguru, Dr. Joe Dispenza, David Goulet, Layla Martin, Terry Real and disciples of Osho. All of this took her on a deep dive into psychology, childhood developmental and relational trauma, attachment styles, neuroscience, epigenetics, spirituality, TCM, nutrition, biohacking, energy healing and the ancient wisdom of different Asian cultures and lineages. 

 

Anja works as a coach, mentor, facilitator, speaker and author. 

Her work bridges the scientific, mind based psychological approach of the west with the ancient wisdom of the east. 

 

In her sessions she offers mentoring, systemic life coaching, inner child work, feminine embodie- and empowerment, individual, ancestral and collective trauma work, hypnosis, family constellations, guided meditations and personalized practice plans for Tantra, sexual awakening, feminine embodiment and more. 

In her workshops she creates a very present and safe container for individuals and couples to open up, to transform their relational issues and blockages and to deepen their intimacy and sexuality.

Due to her 10 years business background as Entrepreneur, Startup Founder and Brand Manager in the corporate world, she perfectly understands the logical, performance oriented business word and teaches how to combine it with spirituality, health, wellbeing and feminine leadership.
